SALE Antique Brown Buttermilk Pitcher

My mom gave me this pitcher years ago. She remembers it from when she was a little girl. She grew up in the early 1900's. Mama called it a Buttermilk pitcher, although, I have served other liquids from it....tea, lemonade, etc...... This will make an incredible addition to your antique pottery collection.

This wonderful pitcher is a solid piece of crockery. Deep rich brown, and lined with a wonderful robins egg blue green glaze. The bottom has 2 finger marks that I guess, were the potters mark. I thought that I had taken a picture of the marks, but I did not. I had already packed it away and stored it in the warehouse.
