This is a beautifully designed nail buffer with RW Wallace & Sons Repousse work that they are so famous for! The lovely high repousse leaf and floral pattern work on this design is extremely ornate.
The Sterling Silver is in excellent condition with no repair or dings or dents. The beautiful beige taupe colored velvet cushion or buffer appears to be the original buffer material. Still functions as it should. I just did my nails and they are all shined up! The top is ready for more nails. There is one corner that is missing some of the velvet. There is a hardened spot of velvet under the Hallmark area. Does not affect buffing! Please see all photos.
The Hallmark inscribed on the front of the piece of Sterling Silver reads " RW & S" with a Stag's Head emblem and STERLING.
Measures 4 inches long by 2 inches tall. This is 1 3/8 inches at its widest.
