Our Service Pledge To You:
We will try to respond to all orders within 24 hours. We guarantee the authenticity of all our items to be the very same items presented to you in our shop at Ruby Lane. Your Items will be shipped the next business day following funds being verified.
If you can't find an item once listed in our shop please ask if we still have it.

Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All Shipping and Handling will be thru USPS Mail within the U.S. unless otherwise stated. As of February 2005 we have changed our policy regarding shipping outside of the U.S. We will no longer ship outside of the U.S. Please e-mail us for more information.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a Restocking Fee.

Other Information:
If purchasing with a Money Order please e-mail in advance for availability of the item in question, as this process can take longer to identify the sale of an item. U.S. Postal Money Orders only.
