There are no makers marks. All four are in excellent condition with no cracks, fractures, nicks, flea bites, etc.... The deep blue color tends to lend itself towards hues of red and violet. This is a beautiful and VERY large candy jar made in "pumpkin" orange or "bittersweet" slag glass. Made by the L.E. Smith Glass Company in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania around 1950. This is a big one! I've seen similar pieces but never a candy jar complete with the lid. Measures 10 ½ inches tall by about 5 ½ inches around at the mouth of the piece. There is no damage.
