Our Service Pledge To You:
Most purchase orders will be processed within hours, however, due to occasional problems with accessing the Canada Post website, we have had to increase our PROMISED response time, to ensure accurate shipping costs are used. We respond to all orders within 72 hours, excepting when circumstances make this impossible. (ie; power outages, service provider problems, store is in 'vacation mode') In which case, we will respond as quickly as possible with explanation for the delay.

We guarantee our items to be as described and packed well for shipping. If you have any questions about our items, please e-mail and we will respond as quickly as possible.

W'ENDAN Collectables has been based in the lovely town of Sundridge for the past 10 years.

WE SHIP WORLD WIDE!! As long as it's legal, a little extra paper-work is worth making our items available to EVERYONE!! E-mail ordering is available 24hrs a day and is our preference.

We are always willing to consider offers, so don't be shy! If your offer is accepted, item will be held for 7 days by which time payment and shipping arrangements must be made or the item will be made available to other shoppers once again.

PAYMENT BY PERSONAL CHEQUE is fine, but does require a waiting period for your cheque to clear before shipment of item will occur. Payment by Money Order is terrific, (PLEASE NO GREEN POSTAL MONEY ORDERS, as we cannot cash them in Canada) and shipment is normally within 24 hrs. of receipt. PayPal payments are the fastest, and shipping is usually within 24 hrs.

Questions and orders may be answered during the evenings and overnight hours. Shipping questions will be answered A.S.A.P. (please see our service pledge)
