My mother never had a decent doll to play with as a child, therefore as an adult all the girls born into the family received a Madame Alexander doll as a gift and because of that upon her death I started collecting them in memory of her. I then joined the General Federation of Doll CLubs and started collecting porcelain dolls....I have gone to their conventions and have purchased some lovely dolls in their sales room. I have also purchased some of my dolls at doll auctions and shows. I am now offering some of my collection for sale, since I always wanted a store to sell my dolls and bears in ....now here is the Internet and Ruby Lane my Virtual Shop.
