Old Sheffield silver plate chocolate pot featuring a domed lid, figural spout, and a hand engraved floral design wrapping around the body. The spout is a figural bas relief Sun God. Just under the Sun God spout you find a framed area left perfect for engraving a monogram. There is a heart shaped design at the bottom of the handle and the hinged lid is opened by a raised, decorative thumb press. This stands upon a pedestal base. A silver over copper coffee pot featuring a Victorian Revival style with elegant spout, legs and handles decorated with a floral design. Notice the elaborate rose finial on the hinged lid. Our piece has the Sheffield Markings on the bottom with Silver Plate over Copper. This piece is c. 1946. There is some wear to the plating but nothing that detracts from this item in the least. A fabulous antique silver over copper tea set featuring grapes and acanthus as decoration. Included is coffee and tea pot, spirit kettle with burner and stand, lidded sugar, creamer, waste bowl and rectangle chased tray. The feet on each serving piece are delicate and refined. We have rubber stops on the handles of pot to avoid slippage when pouring.
