An early American pressed glass bowl that features a button pattern around the scalloped rim and a pretty clear pattern in the shape of a flowers. The very bottom center has a star design. Manufactured by Westmoreland; this is their #550 line High Hob which they started manufacturing in 1912. Measuring 9" in diameter and 2.5" deep, we do not find a bit of damage. Measuring 7.5" tall and 10" square with a rum well in the center we find a rough spot on the top plate area which looks to have been done in manufacturing. This Victorian pressed glass cake stand salver featuring a solid glass stem. The design shows 2 molded rings at the top and a thicker ring near the base. The hollow foot has a band of molded ribs around the outside edge. The cake serving plate has a 1/4" tall raised gallery around the edge with a decorative scalloped apron below. Although we do not have an OMN this particular mold is believed to have been made by Hobbs Brockunier c. 1880 most likely for commercial use in pastry and bake shops. ...

An antique glass cake stand featuring a round within a square design. The base of the pedestal sits upon for turned legs and is also a square design. The square edge drapes and the round area has a slight raised gallery. This is NR-75 pattern from the Adams Glass company, c. 1882-1887. Measures 10" x 7" high. An early American pressed glass compote featuring a pretty swirled pattern that looks like a comet traveling through the sky or a snail chugging along. Manufactured by Duncan & Sons the pattern is known as Snail or Small Comet and is c. 1891. Measuring 7 3/4" tall with a 6 3/4" diameter opening we do not find any chips or cracks. An EAPG celery vase in the OPEN ROSE aka Moss Rose pattern made by an unknown maker during the 1870s. We have tried to capture the beautiful rose design in our photos. The glass is clean with just a tint of purple from age. Measuring 8" high we do not find any damage to this. A truly lovely item that could be used as a flower vase as well.

This pattern features ovals and stars around the bowl and base. Measuring 7.25" in diameter with a height of 7" we find slight scratching due to use but no cracks, chips or repairs. The fan cuts make up the sawtooth rim in between the tall handles and we find a fabulous 32 point star on the bottom. The pattern name is Hickman aka Jubilee which was manufactured by McKee c.1890. An early glass fruit bowl that has a nice square shape with an inverted thumbprint design and diamonds as decoration. Notice the gently sloping rim on all four sides as well as the square base on the pedestal. We haven't a clue who manufactured this but is a quality item. Measuring 5.5" high and 8.75" square we do not find a bit of damage just the typical bubble or two from manufacturing.
