An antique brooch featuring filigree wings with the look of tatted lace. The lower body is wound silver threads and the upper body is filigreed panels. We did not find any manufacturing marks to this but can tell you that it is an early 20th Century piece that tested positive as sterling. Measuring 1.5" wide at the wings and the body is 3/4" long we find the pin a bit bent with age but this is easily straightened by a jeweler. Please reference our photos for more detail. A unique dangle locket brooch featuring a rose and snake head brooch. The chased locket dangles from a bale at the bottom of the pin. The center of the rose sports an aurora borealis rhinestone. We think the pin is brass and the locket may be a bit newer. Measures 3.5" long x 2" at the widest for the brooch with the locket at 1.25" round. There is age patina and the pin clasp looks to have updated. All in all an interesting brooch and one you will get many remarks about.

An antique micro mosaic brooch with teeny tiny glass pieces making up the fan and floral design. All of this is in a brass setting marked with Made in Italy on the back. The brass needs cleaning and the pin needs straightening but there are no missing pieces to this. It is really fabulous. Measures 1.5" long and comes gift boxed.

An antique bar brooch featuring a gold tone setting. This has not been tested so we are unsure if this is gold filled or not. There are no markings on this. There is a lovely scrolled pattern on the front and a slight scallop to the perimeter. Measuring 1.25" long we find a ding to the one upper corner but we feel is not detrimental to the design. The back has a covered pin system; old! No makers mark. We would place this turn of the 20th Century or before.

An antique pin set featuring porcelain centers that have been hand painted with dainty blue flowers (forget me nots). The main pin is square porcelain with one corner that has been lavished with gold and gold enameling. The complimentary pins are bar brooches with hand painted porcelain. All pins are mounted in brass settings. We were unable to determine a maker for these as there is not a hallmark. We would place them late 19th Century. An antique mosaic glass pin proclaiming Roma in the center and surrounded by geometric designs. The all over shape is a flower set into brass. Measuring 1 1/8 and sporting a open hook clasp we find this to be in wonderful antique condition without any missing pieces.

An antique honeymoon pin featuring a four leaf clover inside a horseshoe. We also see a bent nail wrapped into the design. The clover has a center rhinestone and clasp is an open hook. We did not find any hallmarks to help us identify maker. Measuring just over 1" long, you see a bit of wear to the clasp hook but for the most part this is in pretty good antique condition. An oval porcelain brooch featuring hand painted white jonquils against a darker blue, green and yellow background. The background then fades into a pale blue. The fashion is after 19th Century cameos which were very popular. Measuring just over 2" long and just under 1" wide the porcelain is undamaged and the gilt brass setting looks to be hand made with a fish hook closure. VICTORIAN ANTIQUE TAILLE D' EPERGNE brooches pair featuring beautiful leaves as the decoration against a gold filled metal background. Although unmarked, these are a very nice set; perhaps mourning brooches to be worn together in memory of someone. The back closure is a hood and pin on both pieces. They measure 7/8" long.
