WELCOME to Venus Vintage Jewelry! Please review the terms of sale before placing your order if you are a new customer.

*See left of page for today's store special, if one is in effect. (Very few items are excluded and are noted in item descriptions or Sale Announcement). Currently, I mark-down items by inventory age--new discounts several times each month!

* I process online (credit and debit card) payments using PayPal. This allows you to use major credit cards with ease. You do not need to set up an account. It is a totally secure service: your personal and credit card data are not visible to me.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of the time the order is placed or item(s) will be removed from hold and made available to other shoppers.

* Layaways are available on larger orders of full price items with prior arrangements (any current store special or sale price for the item will not apply). If all payments are not made on schedule a cancellation fee of 20% of total price(s) of item(s) ordered will be deducted from the payment(s) that are received. I'm always happy to arrange flexible plans!

* If you wish to return an item for any reason other than it being significantly not as described, there is a 15% restocking fee and you must pay for return postage (insured). You must get prior approval to return an item AND the item must be postmarked within 3 Days of date that approval is given. Of course, if the item description had significant errors, there is no fee to return. Ruby Lane policies regarding time limits apply.

* International orders must be sent insured for our mutual protection. Thus, I accept int'l orders for shipment only to countries for which my insurance carrier offers coverage using the appropriate shipment method. Services offered for international insured jewelry shipments vary by country and may require Registered Mail, Priority Mail Express or Express Mail. Please inquire if in doubt.

* If your purchase does not arrive within 21 days of date of shipment, please contact us so I can assist in tracking and updating you.

* I do not accept any e-checks through PayPal or any other service but I am happy to accept Western Union or Postal money orders--just ask!

I will always combine shipping for multiple items and I am happy to send orders worldwide. Insurance is required on all international orders.
