Know your item — We strive for accuracy and completeness in all of our item descriptions; we post many large sharp photos of each item for you to carefully study before you buy.

Fast to ship — We ship within one business day of cleared payment; often on the same day for payments that arrive by mid-afternoon. Paypal and Google Wallet payments generally clear to our account within a few minutes to a few hours. (Just be sure to avoid Paypal's "eCheck" payment option, More in FAQ)

Careful packing — Nearly all of out items are shipped double-boxed (check within an item's description for packing-info). Although our packing method varies somewhat based on the item, typically it goes something like this... Item wrapped in paper, with desiccant-pak, into a moisture-proof bag or stretch wrap, into a box with crumpled paper as void-fill, into a second box with styrofoam peanuts as void-fill. Our overriding concern is that your item arrives safely intact, so we don't skimp on packing materials — but remember... Wrapping paper, crumpled paper, peanuts, and boxes are all recyclable. Better still, save and re-use for storage or shipping, which is the best form of recycling.

Reliable Logistics — UPS for all domestic shipping, item insured with the carrier against loss or damage in transit. UPS shipments are "Day Definite", so you know, at the time we ship, on what day UPS will attempt delivery. And UPS tracking is second to none, so you can track your package online through each leg of its journey, More in FAQ.
