I had to close my shop for a few months but glad to be back.I want to thank all of my customers for your emails regarding reopening.I have sold on Rubylane since April 2004 .I look forward to having all of you as great customers and will do my best to continue to give excellent service.I have been in the business for many years along with retiring as a Social Worker and Case Manager in the Mental Health field for 38 years.You can email at anytime if you have any questions. It would be very helpful if you would read Rubylane's policy on returns on any item broken in the process of shipping by the USPS.The Post Office requests that you do not return the item to the seller but to bring it into the Post Office yourself and they will resolve the issue with you. All needed info will be given to you,such as insurance receipt etc. Thank you,Patricia
