With etched birds on the sides and a flock of twelve surrounding the edges this crystal pedestal bowl from Hofbauer of West Germany is both decorative and delightful. Besides being rare (the first I've seen in 25 years) it's also large, standing just under 9" tall at the upturned edges and 10.25" in diameter at the top. SOLDSOLD 12 Piece Set of Baccarat Fine Crystal Plates and Bowls In The Colbert Pattern

Offering a set of 10 plates and two bowls by Baccarat Crystal of France. This pattern name is 'Colbert' and was first introduced in 1908. The 10 plates measure 7 1/2" in diameter and the 2 small shallow bowls measure 5 1/2" in diameter and 1 1/4" deep. One plate has a small flat chip near the rim, (see last picture), I didn't see any others. The plates show minimal age appropriate surface scratches from use over the years. All 12 pieces have the acid etched Baccarat mark in the centers.

Here we have a small fan shaped vase from West Germany, made by the now defunct Hofbauer company. It features their logo bird pressed into the crystal on each side and surrounded by ruby flashing. It is additionally decorated with a sawtooth edge along the top. The vase stands just 3.25" tall and is 3" x 1.5" at the top.
