Circa 1920's solid cream colored celluloid bangle bracelet embedded with five rows of bright blue paste rhinestones. The exterior of the celluloid is under-painted dark blue to further set off the brilliant Ceylon Sapphire (periwinkle) colored stones. Stones are very bright and sparkly!
