We ordered a hard-to-find pair of wedgewood earrings from Queens Cache on Oct. 22nd. We called Queens Cache and left a voicemail message with a pre-purchase question. Our call was returned within hours. The earrings shipped immediately. After a few weeks went by, the delivery system got a bit held up because of customs so we contacted Queens Cache by e-mail to follow up and they e-mailed us back within hours. The earrings arrived today (Nov. 10th) and they are gorgeous. I can highly recommend Queens Cache to anyone because their service is so wonderful, efficient and pleasant!
