It has a faceted dyed green chalcedony gemstone surrounded by marcasites set in a silvertone metal alloy. It's a petite 4.5. The stone is approximately 15mm x 8mm. Very good vintage condition with a small nick in the stone. The white spots at the edges are only reflections from the mounting.
