About Us
Kirsten's Corner is an homage to my late mother-in-law. She was the inspiration for my shop and the shop is named in her honor. She had a love of the finer things in life; be that company or objects d'Art or a just a good Chardonnay.
I have been a Visual Artist for the last 25 Years so I have an extensive Art History background as well as a keen eye. I bring this knowledge to what I chose to present to you on Ruby Lane. Every thing is well researched and I am fast becoming an expert the objects I represent.
Our objects at Ruby Lane include all types of Silver from around the world, with a special interest in early American Silver.
We many pieces of have sterling flatware including interesting knifes, spoons and unusual serving pieces such as cheese scoops. You also will find Bohemian Art Glass; such as Loetz and Kralik, and ceramic pieces.
We know that dressing the table is not enough so we also have a variety of lace and linens as well as beautiful purses, jewelry and accoutrements from a bygone era. Be that a Match Safe or Chatelaine or a beautiful silver overlay perfume bottle or the lace collar around your neck. Enjoy!
