Ruby Lane Return Policy
All shops offer the Ruby Lane Return Policy which states that a buyer may return an item for any reason by contacting the shop within 3 Days OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. The policy also includes helpful step-by-step guidelines to ensure a smooth return process, and a pleasant buying experience.
WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE on all RETURNED ITEMS.

International and Domestic Shipping.....Exceptions: NO SHIPPING TO ITALY, CHINA, MEXICO or AFRICA.
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. All items must be insured for full value as I cannot be responsible for the USPS once the item has left my hands. (Example: If a package is lost or broken).
I ship Twice a week....if you paid with a check I ship after the check has cleared. All domestic items are shipped with tracking information. All International items will be shipped with insurance and have a customs form.
I no longer ship to ITALY, MEXICO, AFRICA or SPAIN!..... No exceptions!!!!!
If you have a friend or relative in The USA who will accept a package for you, I will ship to them....and they may forward it on to you.
Certain times of the year we may have sales or promotions where we pay for shipping.....it will be advertised.
We charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all items returned. This fee covers our packaging materials, shipping forms and ink, re-listing time, time spent on issuing refunds and etc. This is not Negotiable.
The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

1/2 of the products cost is required when the order is placed...with the other 1/2 required on the following month plus shipping & insurance cost added to the final payment.
No Payments Refunded *
Layaway available on any purchase over $100. 1/2 of total product cost is required down, due upon placement of the order, remaining amount to be received 30 days after initial payment. Deposit (first payment) is non-refundable if buyer cancels purchase. Unless otherwise arranged...after the agreed 30 day, any items not paid for in full will be forfeited, along with any monies paid towards them. Thank you.
