I've been collecting and selling vintage fine and costume jewelry for over 15 years. With continue travels across the states and Canada, opportunities to find new and exciting pieces always present themselves. I am eager to continue to find and offer new pieces to my customers and future customers. Check back often we add new items weekly. Offers are accepted on all shop items. Ruby Lane Return Policy
All shops offer the Ruby Lane Return Policy which states that a buyer may return an item for any reason by contacting the shop within 3 Days OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. The policy also includes helpful step-by-step guidelines to ensure a smooth return process, and a pleasant buying experience.

WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE on all RETURNED ITEMS.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. Veiw Ruby Lanes Policy.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
International and Domestic Shipping.....Exceptions: NO SHIPPING TO ITALY or MEXICO or AFRICA.

Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. All items must be insured for full value as I cannot be responsible for the USPS once the item has left my hands. (Example: If a package is lost or broken).
I ship Twice a week....if you paid with a check I ship after the check has cleared. All domestic items are shipped with tracking information. All International items will be shipped with insurance and have a customs form. (I no longer ship to ITALY).
Certain times of the year we may have sales or promotions where we pay for shipping.....it will be advertised.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all items returned. This fee covers our packaging materials, shipping forms and ink, re-listing time, time spent on issuing refunds and etc. This is not negotiable anymore.

Layaway Plan:
We offer a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop. It is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan below, and clarify any terms with the individual shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

Other Information:
Layaway available on any purchase over $100. 1/3 - 1/4 of total product cost is required down, due within 3 days of purchase placed, payable in full within 90 - 120 days. Deposit is non-refundable. Paypal is the preferred payment for lay-a-way payment. Unless otherwise arranged...after the agreed 3 - 4 months, any items not paid for in full will be forfeited, along with any monies paid against them. Thank you.

Ruby Lane Dealer to Dealer Discounts:
I offer 20% to 30% off items sold to Rubylane dealers on items that have been listed for at least a month. Newly listed items only 10% off. Please inquire about any piece listed.
(However, if an item is on sale that does not apply unless otherwise discussed).
