INQUIRIES: We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our merchandise. Questions are usually answered within 48 hours.

Our items are well researched and described; though please be aware that it isn't possible to note every minute blemish, although we make every effort to do so!! However, if not pleased for any reason, you may return the item for refund (See Return Policy).
RETURNS: Items may be returned if not pleased! Refund will be promptly made via the method in which it was paid. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or telephone within three days of receiving and we will give instructions for its return. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received. Items must be packed securely in the original packaging (if applicable) and shipped fully insured for the purchase price. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund, less shipping expenses and notify you immediately upon receipt. If you wish a more extended Layaway plan, kindly contact us in advance of your purchase to work out a mutually agreeable Layaway plan. Extended Layaway plans have the same return and cancelation terms as the two month Layaway plan, noted in the Terms of Sale (viewable on the left side column of our Home Page and listing pages).
