I have loved dolls my entire life and spent many years as a collector and dealer. I have also studied art, and enjoy historical and modern works, as well as a wide variety of antiques and vintage treasures. I am always on the lookout for extraordinary and rare finds. About the wigs:

I enjoy refurbishing old doll wigs that I find hither and yon. But I do try to keep dolls and their original wigs together whenever possible. I love washing and restyling, especially old human hair wigs, as I am constantly amazed by the beauty that remains once they are spiffed up a little. Some wigs take more time than others, and that is generally reflected in the price. I am not a professional hair stylist by any means (hats off to those who are) but with dolls, I think I am getting to be pretty darn good, and it is something I love to do.
