Our Service Pledge

I try to respond to all emails and orders within 24 hours. If you don't hear from me, or don't get an invoice after you have placed a purchase order, please check your SPAM mail in case our invoice or reply has landed in there. I always reply to your emails and send out invoices directly from Ruby Lane within a few hours of receiving your purchase order. Our customers are most important to us.

forEVAgems specializes in a small and unique selection of diamond and gemstone Estate, Vintage and Antique jewelry: rings, necklaces, bracelets etc fashioned from 14kt, 18kt and Platinum, along with varying antique 9ct, 12ct & 15ct golds. You'll find the most popular gems in our lovely pieces, along with more unusual stones like natural Alexandrite, Fancy Colored Diamonds and rare-colored sapphire such as Padparadscha.

All gold items are tested via standard acid testing, even if stamped with a karat content, and all diamond jewelry is tested via our top-of-the-line PRESIDIUM Diamond & Gemstone Tester.
