Exquisite Beaded Clutch Purse
This lovely French purse is a true work of art. The beadwork is luxurious and beautiful; in a design of such delicacy, it takes the breath away. Golden colored satin and satin lined, it folds over to complete the design and snaps securely closed.
The beautiful mixture of metallic and gold glass beads appears to be complete, with no gaps from missing beads evident in the pattern. With only a slight age, discolor in a couple areas but certainly nothing that distracts from this luscious purse and its superb color tone.
The fabric lining is robust and complete - only a small ½ “ink mark on the flat open pocket. A simple fabric label reads “Hand Made in France.”
On the backside there is one signature bead of sorts, pointed it out in the pictures. The overall condition of this beautiful purse is very good.
Measures 10 ½ x 9” folded, and the inside pocket measures 4 x 6 ½ “.
