Return Policy Procedure
1.If you are not pleased with your Ruby Lane purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less a restocking fee if stated in the shop ownerTerms Of Sale at the time of purchase.
2. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days.
3. You will ship the item back within 3 days of the acknowledgement: ◦The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
◦We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
◦The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and us.

4. After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, We will issue a full refund within 3 days. For protection of both us and buyer, when making a refund via personal check or money order to a buyer, we send the refund to the buyer in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified.

About Us

We are just on the other side of the Mason Dixon Line in Mount Joy, PA. in between York and Lancaster in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish Country, just off Interstate 283. We scour not just Pennsylvania but Maryland, New York, and surrounding states where some wonderful finds can still be found. We have over four decades of experience acquiring collecting and selling antiques and collectibles, including the liquidation of some estates.
Shoppers have come to rely on our knowledge and honesty. We started some 40 years ago in 1975 and have done shows up and down the Eastern US. including the York Antiques Show, The DC Armory, The Glass Show at the Harrisburg Farm Complex, just to name a few.. One member taught Art for thirty years and has a Masters degree in Fine Arts. When it comes to fine crystal glassware, porcelain, prints, paintings, etc. we have the knowledge to offer the best item at the most affordabe price.
We used to be a limited liability out of Northern Maryland but upon retirement we stopped selling the large oak banquet tables we were known for and after moving to Mount Joy PA in the Amish country of Lancaster we have run the business as an online presence and concentrated on items that are selected by us to be of the best quality and condition we can find, researched and represented to the best of our abilities and priced to reflect these goals.
