Original Painting on Tile Signed Mazatlan '95

Such a vibrant visualization of a Mexican village. Painted on tile is a wonderfully detailed painting of adobe homes, lush flowers and foliage, and a church in the distance. It is signed Mazatalan '95 (as well as I can determine). It also has another notation on the side which I cannot decipher, but have photographed clearly.

The painting is approximately 11-1/2" by 9-1/2", and the overall size framed is 15" by 11". It is framed in a simple wood frame, and the tile on which it is painted is marked Made in Mexico.

This really is a charming work of art.
