I do my best to accurately and completely describe the items offered for sale. Please be sure to email me with any questions you may have about the item you are considering purchasing.
You may return any item with which you are not satisfied if you follow these procedures:
1. You must contact me by email within 3 days of receiving the item and state your intention to return the item.
2. All returns must be shipped to me within 5 days of your notification that you intend to return the item.
3. I ship items with a special mark in order to identify them as having come from my inventory, and any items you return for refund must still have my mark.
4. You must return the item using the same type/class of mail that was originally used. The item must be appropriately wrapped and packaged to avoid damage. Keep in mind that poorly packed merchandise will not be covered by USPS insurance and I will not honor any claims denied by the Postal Claim Clerk.
I will refund the purchase price of any item that you return in accordance with the above procedures. The refund will be made within 3 days and will be in the form of a credit, if payment was made using a credit card. Otherwise, refunds will be made by check. I will not refund the shipping, insurance or handling costs associated with the purchase or return of the item unless it is erroneously identified by me, and the buyer provides documentation confirming the correct identification.
