I have been in the antique and collectibles business for more than 15 years . I always treat my customers like I would like to be treated. I do my best to describe each and every item I have for sale to the best of my abilities. As with all vintage and antique items there will be age related issues due to wear. This adds to an item's "character". I will describe any characteristic flaws, or age related wear as best I can. I take photos in natural light , when possible to show detail. I will never alter photos or, in anyway, attempt to disguise flaws or blemishes.
When possible I use clean recycled cardboard boxes and packing material to minimize shipping charges, and impact on the environment. Upon request I will ship items to another address if it is a gift for someone. My refund policy is in accordance with Ruby Lane's 100% customer satisfaction. ( See Ruby Lane Statement).
