Well, with almost 11-1/2 years experience selling on EBAY and almost 28 years selling at antique shows and in retail outlets, I guess I can say my education in the antiques trade ha sbeen pretty much "hands on". I've dealt in every type of antique imaginable finally settling on jewelry as my foray into Internet selling.

I believe I have a good reputation - I certainly try and if anyone needs reassurance, well, feel free to check my EBAY feedback (BARY) of 12,500+ I'm sure you will see I do try my best!

My Ruby Lane shop will be filled with a wide variety of items running from Costume Jewelry to Silver Charms to whatever I think I can sell. You'll find a cross range of pricing - some items marked FIRM and others willing to be discounted. Oh, and if you happen to see an item that should be cause for a more "robust" price, don't let it fool you - it just means I got a great deal and am trying to pass it on to my customers! I have always believed in a bargain and in these tough economic times, everyone deserves to find a treasure at the right price every now and then. I'm a very discriminating buyer - I won't buy things that are broken or try to pass them on without disclosure. I'm pretty accurate in my descriptions and buying on the Internet should be just as fun as buying in a store or at a flea market. Of course, you don't get the chance to handle the item, but don't forget, every Ruby Lane shop has an open return policy should your purchase fail to please!
