A classic Art Deco era 15 jewel gold filled 25 year case Elgin pocket watch. The watch is "NOT working" and will need repair or service. I am able to set the watch, the hands move freely, it winds a little. If I rock it back a forth a few seconds, the second hands move and the watch ticks for about 5 to 10 seconds. The movement is numbered 2630538, the case reads "Keystone Watch case 8544062" inside the dust cover reads "J Boss 15 years 8544062".
