This Spectacular Vintage 1950's Brooch-Pin & Pendant features a Sterling Silver, predominantly blue, with black & yellow enamel “Mask” that measures 3” L x 1 3/4” Wide. There are (5) dangles, which measure approximately 5/8” Long. The eyes and mouth are meticulously cut-out which adds 3-dimensional appeal. The Mask/Face is more than likely an Ancient Aztec God.
The Bale is Adjustable so that you can wear almost any size chain with this pendant-brooch.
The clasp is in perfect working condition.
Weight: 16.8 grams – which is over 1/2 ounce.
Signature / Marks: “925 STERLING MEXICO and there is an Eagle-3 Stamp on the bale”. Signed by the Artist/Silversmith - "JF" which represents Jose Flores.
Age: 1950's – Excellent Condition, with the exception of very tiny bits of color loss around the turquoise color jewel in the center of the headdress.
