Buy with confidence! Your satisfaction is guaranteed. I attempt to describe and photograph all imperfections so that you can be totally confident in your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, I will refund the full price of the item (excluding shipping charges) if you contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item and then send it back to me within the next 3 days. The item must be in the original condition as when you received it. I cannot refund shipping charges nor can I pay for return shipping charges.

NOTE: If the item was damaged during shipment (which is unlikely as all items are packaged very carefully), do NOT return the item, but contact me as soon as possible so that I can file an insurance claim. I will then be able to issue you a full refund. In the past three years of having our shop open on Ruby Lane, we have never had any items damaged during shipment.
