All responses are within a days time when possible. The pieces are described to the best of my knowledge and are guaranteed to be what has been stated.
The past 23 years have flown by as I have helped people find just the right antique pieces for their homes in town, by the water or in the country. Everyone seems to enjoy the experience of overlooking Penobscott Bay from the wonderfully peaceful vantage point of the Painted Lady Antique Shop; a beautiful wildflower meadow with islands dotting the blue horizon in the background. As always, it's a pleasure to visit with our many repeat customers vacationing in this lovely part of the world. And each year I have fun presenting another collection of wonderful ceramics, period antique furniture, funky fun stuff and fine country pieces: bamboo, wicker, rattan, mirrors, sets of chairs, majolica, cupboards, Staffordshire, etc. You may have seen the article in Architectural Digest which included the shop as one of interior designer, Thomas Fleming's, favorite Maine antique shops. The magazine La Vie Claire had a life style article on me and the shop in their Spring 2010 issue and New England Coastal Home also did a lovely article in their Summer 2011 issue. The articles are greatly appreciated.
