All items are fully described and authenticated to be as described.
Items shipped within 46-72 hrs after payment is received.due to shipment processing.Large orders may take longer to pack.Most items sent Canada Post Expedited, Express post if requested but it is much more expensive.. On all over sized items UPS will be used due to insurance where possible. We also use other services.
TERMS OF SALE
Items are described as being antique thus not every scratch and dent is described. Terms for discounts are done prior to sale not when received we will gladly follow Ruby Lanes return policy, but due to abuse of this policy we insist you ask questions prior to purchase. If you need more pictures etc ask. In the event an item is returned shipping is paid for by the buyer both ways and a 20% restocking fee applies and will be taken off of the refund.
Items are to be paid for within 3 business days unless other arrangements are made. If no payment is received and there is no response to emails we will cancel orders and will block the buyer. 3 blocks will prevent purchasing on Ruby Lane.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, shipping brokerage fees,duties and exchange rate costs and paypal and cc fees.
No exceptions!
In the unfortunate and rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately . We will assist in getting your claim started. Save all original packing material until your shipper can investigate the damage. We DO NOT issue refunds for damaged items, however, we fully insure all of our shipped pieces and will be happy to assist you in filing a claim and expediting the settlement of your claim.


LAYAWAY TERMS
We will do lay-away plans for items over $500.00 with a 30% down payment will gladly work out a payment plan that suits your individual needs. Down payments are non-refundable and payments must be made in a timely manner unless other arrangements have been made. No items will be shipped until paid in full. Items being returned after being put on layaway will not be eligible for a refund.
