Here we have a lovely vintage Russian hallmarked silver & wheel cut glass tea cup with an ornate reticulated style, gilded or vermeil accenting and the ever popular Niello inlay! The hallmarks are post 1958 Russian, the "M" is likely for Moscow but I've not researched it more than to find the date.
