This Victorian aesthetic 14 1/4 " long x 11 " wide serving platter is transfer printed in dark brown. The printed transfer features three fruit laden branches holding lush ripe Pomegranates. Rich dark under glaze hand painting in shades of brown, deep green, dark rose and chartreuse. A wonder to behold.
The piece is marked on the underside with the pattern name and trademark that identifies the maker as Booth, a pottery maker working in Tunstall in the Staffordshire region of England during the 19th century.
The piece is in EXCELLENT condition, clean shiny and bright. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs. It is absolutely gorgeous, elegant and quite exotic.
