Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
After adding to your shopping bag, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours including all the details for a smooth procedure. Payment can be made by credit cards or bank transfer only. There is no need for you to convert the payment to Euro's, we accept US dollars. We do not charge extra when you use your credit card.
If you are a first-time customer, it is important to notify your credit card company that you do an overseas purchase with us. Usually, as fraud prevention, the credit card companies do not authorize transactions when it seems to be an unusual purchase for the card holder. Therefore it might be wise to contact them before you go through the whole purchasing process and tell them about the purchase you are planning to do.
Every jewel is nicely packed, fully insured and shipped worldwide by express with FedEx Express. We usually ship within one to two business days, sometimes even the same day. As soon as your parcel has been picked up, we will send you a mail containing the tracking number of your parcel.
You have a 14 days return policy 'no questions asked' send-back possibility (counting from the next day of delivery). In this case, we will deduct the price for the shipment and insurance costs we have had.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Layaway Plan:
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Ruby Lane Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases, and Layaway Plans may vary by shop.
