About Us
A. Brandt & Son: The Wonderful World of Antique and Estate Jewelry Meets Modern Day Fashion.

Annette Brandt has been selling her jewelry to her local Philadelphia clients for over 25 years even winning the impressive モBest of Philadelphiaヤ award for Best Antique Jewelry in the city. She specializes in fine and costume jewelry from the Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco and Retro periods. In addition to jewelry, we carry cuff links, vintage clothing and purses, small objects, and more. Please enjoy viewing our collection of very special pieces.

Annette Brandt has always had a love for fashion and style but never knew what direction she would go. She began by studying metal smithing & jewelry design at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA and at Academy of Fine Jewelry Art in New York City, NY. Here she learned an appreciation and interest in the craftsmanship for old jewelry. Shortly after completing school, Annette began visiting flea markets and antique shows searching for beautiful, exceptional pieces. In 1989, she started selling her jewelry finds at Knit Wit and Plage Tahiti, two local Philadelphia woman's high fashion clothing stores. Here she developed a loyal customer following. She even won a "Best of Philly" award for Best Jewelry in the City.

In the fall of 2003 Annette opened her first retail store with her son Elan in Narberth, PA, a quaint town outside of Philadelphia, in the heart of the Main Line. After graduating from Penn State University and working in corporate America for about 5 years, Elan decided that he was ready for a challenge to join mom in the family business. He grew up going to flea markets and shows with his Mother so going into the jewelry business almost seemed natural. They have since gone on to win several "Best of Main Line" awards for Best Jewelry and have accessorized some of the most fashionable clients in the area.
