Victorian cut glass, sterling and guilloche enamel atomizer/perfume

Great cut glass bottle. It has a nice sort of solid pear shaped body. The cap is sterling silver with turquoise guilloche enamel on the top. The unusual pumping mechanism appears to be functional and when I opened it up there was a lovely perfume fragrance.

Everything is in excellent condition. It is marked sterling and another mark that I can't make out. Circa 1900
