Antique 14k rose gold Victorian garnet tassel fringe lever back earrings

Antique 14K rose gold Victorian rhodolite garnet pierced lever back earrings, circa 1880's. Nice long size with fringe tassels, these measure 1-1/4" long NOT including the lever back wires x 5/8" wide. Oval plummy red natural genuine rhodolite garnets are bezel set and each measure 4mm x 6mm. Fine bead work around the outside oval of gold that surrounds each garnet. Hand chased and engraved designs on the egg shaped flat surfaces. Lots of swing and movement to these lovelies! A showy pair, yet lightweight comfortable construction. They weigh a collective 5 grams and are in fabulous condition. The lever back wires are at the top are new and have been added. The earrings have been very carefully assayed to guarantee 14K content and quality. The wires are hallmarked "14K". Truly beautiful and flattering!
