Mother of Pearl Salt Spoon - ca. 1900

This beautiful little spoon is in wonderful condition. What looks like possible damage on the back is just variations in the Mother of Pearl shell itself. No chips or cracks. By the shape of the bowl, I presume it to be a salt, rather than a caviar spoon. It is 4 1/8" long, and the bowl is 7/8" wide.

The spoon bears no markings, however written on the box in pencil is: 'From Rob, Dec. 25, 1904', and a name is written on the bottom: Helen Lawton. The box has been repaired with tape, and is rather fragile.
