Brass Scale Primitive signed J Wilbank Philadelphia

Here is an exciting 19th century brass scale – it is somewhat primitive in nature. It is completely hand made. It is stamped on the top by the maker – J. Wilbank Philada – Philada is the way they use to abbreviate Philadelphia in the 18th and 19th centuries. This is quite the spectacular scale – the pans as you can see are hand forged iron. The entire scale is in very good condition. It has a great patina on the brass – this is just the way we found it. It measures 27” at highest x 27” at widest. The diameter of the large scale is 13” and the diameter of the small scale is 9”.

Striving For Excellence It isn’t brilliance or just getting the breaks, It is consistent attention to & honest respect for the Customer.
