Rococo Mirror 18th Century Gold Gilt & Paint
Screaming of antiquity , this 18th century Italian Looking Glass .The color combination of the old salmon ochre & the gold gilt is to die for. The rococo carved wood crest of the mirror is just so exceptional & it has exactly what we want to see in an early piece,,,THE WORM HOLES!!!The glass of course as I hope you can see is original &is worn, but to me that’s the best part! It measures 43 ½” high from very top to bottom x 34” wide across the widest part across the carving. I have great shippers so don’t worry about that.
