Porcelain Box : Jacob Petit Old Paris
A super fine & totally outstanding porcelain box with the makers mark of Jacob Petit (JP) in under glaze blue .The shape of the box is really exquisite & the overall floral hand painting is rich & vibrant .The gold decoration around the box top & bottom edge is in very fine condition as well .This box dates from the 19th century (Jacob Petit 1796-1868) and it measures 3 ¼” long x 2 1/8”wide x 1”high.
