Antique Fireplace Screen Wire Work

Fender altered. Early 19th century Wirework Fireplace Fender. Super decorative with lots of intricate ironwork, having a brass hand hammered top rail and a super, super curve, it is so round and stunning. Apparently, this fender was a much larger one and has subsequently at some period of time been altered to make it shorter. I believe it was the centerpiece taken out and then the two ends pushed back together. It appears to have been done professionally. We will get you pictures of the exact repairs. Overall in otherwise fabulous condition with a fabulous look. Dating from 1790-1805. Measuring 43" wide, 15 ½" high, 19" deep.
