Laslo for Mikasa Black Glass Vase 6 1/2"
This is a black glass vase with a label on the base that reads "Laslo for Mikasa Japan." It was designed by Larry Laslo. The vase is 6 1/2" tall and about 5" wide at the widest point. The opening is only 1" across. There is a small chip or nick right on the inside rim of the opening. The base appears to be cased glass, there is a thin layer of clear glass on the bottom. The black glass is a deep reddish-purple, like magenta, when held to a strong light.
