Five Beautiful Floral plates with Encrusted gold and B&Co. mark on bottom. Bernardaud & Co. Mark #2 underglaze white ware Mark in green, "B&Co.," over Limoges, France" ca. 1914-1930s and after. 2nd mark on plate is Bernardaud & Co. Mark #3 "L. Bernardaud & Cie.," overglaze decorating mark in red. 1900-1930s and after. 3rd mark is Ovington's New York - Chicago which is a sign of the highest quality. Only the best ware was commissioned and imported for Covington's finest retail store which began in 1845.

Beautiful Pink roses, Daisies, forget me nots florals & greenery encircle the border of the plate with a larger floral bouquet in center. White enamel highlights accent the daisies. The inner gold circle has encrusted gold pattern and outer rim has different pattern with gold gilt. Plates are a fabulous example of the work done by B & Co for Ovington's. Plates are in good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
