Royal Doulton Josephine Covered Vegetable Bowl c.1900

Large antique pottery serving piece in great condition. This is a covered oval vegetable made by Royal Doulton in the Josephine pattern. Decorated with blue transfers and also with molded scrolls of flowers and dots along the edges of the lid & base. Measures 11" across the handles and 5.5" high. Mint condition: no chips, cracks, or stains or crazing. There are a few tiny glaze flaws on the rim of the base, but these are very minor and not later damage. Fully marked as shown with the mark used from 1902 to 1922. This is not the later RD Josephine Platinum pattern.
