One Circa 1800 Copper Pot / Pan Dovetailed Hand Hammered

A stunning Copper Pot / Copper Pan. Remarkable piece. True gem.

THIS PAN IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS.

It will be hard to find a better one than this. The weight of a copper pot tells you the true quality. Always check on the weight of a pot before you buy it.

Pot weighs 4 lbs.

Pot holds 14 cups of liquid.

Pot is marked on the handle with numbers. No words.

RARE FEATURE - Handle is all copper. On less expensive pans the handles are made of iron.

Handle has been hand hammered. You can see the hammer marks in the photos.

WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE PHOTOS, THE POT FOR SALE IS THE ONE ON THE RIGHT SIDE. IT IS THE LARGER POT.

The bottom of the pan has been dovetailed.

This work of art date very early to around 1800.

It is in excellent condition. Does show wear from use. NO BIG DENTS. It was retinned about four years ago.

Part of our own personal collection. We cooked with it. We need to down size.
