Old Mine Cut Diamond Earrings in 14 Karat Yellow Gold
Glorious Old Mine Cut Diamond Earrings in 14 Karat Yellow Gold. They give the appearance of being Victorian, but my sources say they were made in the 1930s. Set with two main diamonds (approximately .43 & .46 carats) and surrounded by 12 smaller diamonds (approximately 1.03 total carats) for an approximate 1.92 carats for both earrings. Each diamond has great color, depth and dimension - not to mention sparkle. Pictures illustrate how beautiful the diamonds are in various light settings.
The smaller surrounding diamonds vary in size and on one earring are slightly smaller than on the other, but this is not noticeable when worn. Earring lever back ear wires were added later and are not original to the earrings. These earrings will definitely be a show stopper at any party!
Earrings measure 9/16" (15 mm) in diameter and 1 1/4" (32 mm) long including ear wire. Weight of earrings is 4.7 grams (2.9 dwt). Please note that stones have not been removed from their mounting, so all carat measurements are approximate. Earrings not marked, but test 14 karat.
