Monumental Vogue Rhinestone and Faux Pearl Brooch

This Vogue brooch is very bold and has massive marquis rhinestones. The colors however are quite subtle: smoky grey, deep topaz, and deep red centered by a large faux half pearl. The largest marquis stones are 1" long with interesting asymmetrical facets. The large stones are accented by small clear rhinestones. What makes this brooch extra special is how three-dimentional it is.

It also could be used as a pendant. There are curved metal bands holding the red marquis stones which, by design or by accident, will function as a bale with the addition of a chain or cord.

Size: 2-1/8" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" high.

Condition: Good vintage condition. There is a some chipping of the pearlescent coating on the pearl; fortunately the coating was applied in several layers of lacquer over a similarly-colored substrate so the chipping is minimally visible to the naked eye. There is also a little oxidation of the foil backing of the rhinestones.
