Vintage Signed ART Pin and Earring Set

This outstanding vintage green and gold set is no exception! The 2" x 2" spiral design pin is comprised of pear and marquise shapes in alternating shades of striated green and gold with a scattering of accenting gold rounds, set in a twisted goldtone mounting--GORGEOUS! The back of the pin is without flaw and the pin clasp works perfectly. Signed ART with the copyright symbol inside a small rectangle.

The 1 1/8" x 1" earrings continue the mood with a complimentary design set in a matching twisted goldtone mounting. One earring has the copyright symbol only (no signature) and the other earring is signed RT with the copyright symbol inside a small rectangle; the "A" appears to have been obscured when manufactured.

The ART jewelry company was in operation from the mid-1940s until the 1970s. The company commonly used unusual color combinations set in ornate metal work.

This set is a wonderful example of the ART quality workmanship and is in excellent condition!
